Dr. Muralidharan Venkatesan, Founding trustee, is a spine surgeon by training and he is dedicated to his work providing holistic care to patients suffering from spinal problems. He has special expertise in treating children with scoliosis and kyphosis spinal deformity problems. He also takes interest in the treatment of adult patients with back and pain through minimally invasive approaches. He is academician and active member of various spine societies across the globe. He has passion for teaching and mentored several future leaders of spine surgery. He has initiated several spine health awareness campaigns in the community highlighting the importance of spine health for overall wellbeing.

Mrs. Esther Jayanthi, trustee member, holds MA in Economics from Madras University. As a parent of child with learning disability she mastered Special Needs Children Teacher Training Course in Madras Dyslexia Association and has dedicated her career for the betterment of children with learning disabilities through working along with their parents and teachers. She has wealth of experience as special needs children educator and takes special care of slow learners. She has attended and contributed to several cognitive and behavioral therapy workshops to support and help special needs children development. She has special behavioral therapy skills to handle and treat the adolescent special needs children.
